CSR Customer Service Representative Call Center Agent
(Full Time / Customer Service / Finance)
Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver a unique customer service experience utilizing your effective questioning and listening skills to anticipate and determine the customer s needs and concerns, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This will involve, answering incoming calls and assisting customers as needed by properly handling account inquiries, complaints, and providing solutions in courteous and timely manner. And don t worry, even if you don t have the experience, we will provide you with all the resources and training you need to reach your true potential and career goals.
Specific duties for this call center CSR role include, but are not limited to:
  • Using our computer system and customer care guidelines with your listening and problem-solving skills to investigate and fix customer s issues
  • Putting into action your good judgment to know when to ask for help with a customer, how to interpret a customer s financial profile and how to balance taking care of the customer with taking care of our client s business
  • Updating the computer system during and each call to keep our systems up to date
  • Striving to achieve or exceed goals through teamwork within a friendly competitive environment
  • Maintaining composure when handling escalated/difficult calls
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to details

Job Requirements
We are looking for caring and confident CSR Call Center Agents who combine a passion for providing quality customer service, with a patient and friendly personality to deliver best-in-class quality customer care. To perform at your best in this position, you should have solid time-management and organizational skills, to effectively handle multiple tasks under pressure within a fast-paced performance-based environment. It is also vital that you display exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active-listening skills, as well as the ability to put yourself in the customer s shoes and easily establish rapport with a wide variety of customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent computer abilities to navigate our care systems, as well as the Microsoft office
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Basic data-entry and typing skills
  • Basic mathematical abilities
  • Stable employment record
  • Regular, predictable attendance
  • Schedule flexibility to work 40 hours per week including days, evenings and weekends
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a respectful and assertive manner
  • Willingness to submit to and pass E-Verify and background check
  • Ability to feel comfortable sitting for most of an 8h shift
